MyFamilyLaw is an online reference and resource for marriage, divorce, prenups, custody, and all related national and local family law tools and resources. We publish new information every week, review books, and answer frequently asked questions in the Library to help our community navigate the complicated labrynth known as family law.

MyFamilyLaw is designed not only to answer whatever questions you may have about your particular family law related situation, our goal is to enable you to find the information you need quickly and easily.

MyFamilyLaw was started by a husband and wife team (Monica is a practicing family law attorney; Jeremy is a web business consultant), who believed that the internet was in need of a better source for family law and divorce related information and resources for the general public. The MyFamilyLaw team is based in San Francisco, with additional representation in Los Angeles, Kansas City, and Dallas.
