Title 13 of the Delaware Legislature is “Domestic Relations” Title 13, Chapter 1 is where you can find the Delaware Marriage Code and all relevant sections, which describe in detail the laws that affect marriage in Delaware.

My wife and I are married for 5 yrs. She just got up and left leaving me a note and taking all of her things. We have a house but the house is in my name and we been living there for 4 yrs. Don’t she have any obligation to the house? Can she just get up and leave with no worries?
