I have legally married to my husband for going on 10 years although we have been together for 22 years, for the past 4 years we have shared a girlfriend, literally. and we are all in love and want to get legally married the 3 of us, is it legal for us to get married and is it legal for the 2nd wife to take on husbands last name? Can we get in trouble. like I said weve had a relationship with the 3rd party for 4 years now and we deeply love each other, so can we all get married or how do we go about making a legal union between us all 3 and let her change her name to ours?
