Title XV, Subtitle 1 of the Iowa Legislature is “Domestic Relations.” Title XV, Subtitle 1, Chapter 595 is where you can find the Iowa Marriage Code and all relevant sections, which describe in detail the laws that affect marriage in Iowa.

    Can a husband-who no longer wants to be married -simply tell her that he wants her out of the house?
