I have a court order for child support from the state of Florida that also includes that the father reimburses me for the medical and dental expenses. I have sent him all reciepts per the court order. I live in Mississippi he live in Florida. I’ve done everything to get this enforced.
Florida says that my Mississippi worker should enforce this and Mississippi says that they cannot and Florida has to enforce this. Is there anyone above these two that can make one of these states take responsibility for enforcing this court order?
