Chapter 460 of the New Hampshire Legislature is “Husband and Wife.” Chapter 460 is where you can find the New Hampshire Marriage Code and all relevant sections, which describe in detail the laws that affect marriage in New Hampshire.

I have been researching for quite some time, and I haven’t been able to find a straight answer to my rather unique question. My question is about whom one is legally able to marry. For instance, I am an unmarried male, what if my sister legally married a man who is in no way related by affinity or through blood to any of my family, including myself. Could I legally marry a sister of that man?
Thanks
