Actors Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane are getting a divorce. We’ll see if it sticks this time. Arquette first filed for divorce from Jane in January 2009, but the two reconciled later that year.

Arquette currently stars in the television series Medium and Jane plays a teacher-by-day/male prostitute-by-night on the HBO series Hung. Arquette and Jane met in 2001 and were married in Italy in May 2006. Their only child together, a daughter named Harlow Olivia Calliope, was born in February 2003.

Arquette is the sister of entertainers Rosanna Arquette, David Arquette and Alexis Arquette. She was briefly married to Nicolas Cage and has a 19 year old son by musician Paul Rossi. Jane previously appeared in films such as The Punisher and The Mist. He was previously married but has no other children.

Arquette was represented in the 2009 divorce case by renowned Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser. No word on whether Wasser is involved this time or who is representing Jane.

“The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter,” said Jane’s spokesperson. “They ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”

There is a bit more on the line financially for Jane since the 2009 filing. At that time, he had just been signed to star in Hung. Now, a year and a half later, he is starring in the second season of a popular cable show and, according to IMDB.com, has at least three film projects either filming or in pre-production – more work in the past two years than any other two year period in his career. Without a prenuptial agreement in place, all of those projects are probably considered community property.
