Title 25 of the Alaska Legislature is “Marital and Domestic Relations.” Title 25, Chapter 5 is where you can find the Alaska Marriage Code and all relevant sections, which describe in detail the laws that affect marriage in Alaska. Title 34 (“Property”) covers the community property act (Title 34, Chapter 77).
