I am a housewife, and my husband makes the money (although its not always been this way, at times the roles have been switched). My husband claims that everything we have he owns because he’s the one bringing home the money, although I contribute to our life as much as he does, just nonmonetarily. I say that we both own everything, no matter who is bringing home the actual money. Can you please tell me which it is so we can stop arguing and fighting over this stupidity? Thanks.
My ex-husband and I divorced in 1996 and in 2003 got back together and lived together for 3 years. We filed taxes together as married and claimed my children as dependants, I am on SSI now and I am going to court to recieve money from the Mutiple Injury Trust Fund and they have ask for tax returns and want to know if I am married, am I? In 2008 I was in an accident with at his home and he listed his self on hospital records as my husband also, so I need to know legally am I married to him or can I say I am still divorced?
If a married couple in Oklahoma have been seperated for months and will be divorcing and the wife was told that her husband had aquired a few bills and hasn’t been paying them that she is now responsible for paying them, even though she never signed anything or even knew about them. Is this true??
